The 94th Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of the East will be held on Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Bellevue EPC Gap, Pennsylvania. Below is advance information for hotel and meal reservations. Please note the deadlines for each type of reservation. The formal meeting notification, proposed Docket, and minutes of the 93th Stated Meeting will be sent out within 30 calendar days of the meeting.

MEAL RESERVATIONS:
Deadline for meal reservations is April 20, 2012 (one week before Presbytery meeting). Everyone attending that wishes to eat at the church MUST make meal reservations.
Please check in for meal tickets immediately upon arrival at Bellevue EPC.
Prices:
Friday Evening Dinner: $15.00 per person
Saturday Morning Breakfast: $ 4.00 per person
Saturday Lunch: $7.00 per person
Women's Ministries. If a separate program for POTE Women In Ministry is scheduled for breakfast or lunch on Saturday, a notification and instructions will be sent at a later date.
MEETINGS AND EXHIBITS PRIOR TO OR DURING MEETING:
Meeting space is available at the church. Please contact Louise Quillin bellevue@epix.net no later than April 20th to schedule rooms for meetings and exhibits. Everyone is responsible for their own set up /take down.
DIRECTIONS
Directions to Bellevue EPC:
From Rt. 41 South: Drive north to Route 30; turn west on Route 30 and travel to the third road on the left - Newport Avenue. Turn left onto Newport Avenue. The church is located about 1/4 miles on the right.
From Rt. 30 East: Driving west on Route 30, go past Route 41 and travel to the third road on the left - Newport Avenue. Turn left onto Newport Avenue. The church is located about ¼ mile on the right.
From 30 West: Driving east on Route 30, there is a traffic light at Route 772 going north. DO NOT TURN HERE! The next road RIGHT is Newport Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto Newport Avenue. The church is located about ¼ mile on the right.

Turn left out of parking lot, go ¼ mile to Route 30, turn left on to Route 30 and travel 5.8 miles to the Best Western Revere Tavern
Directions from Best Western Revere Tavern Hotel to Bellevue Church
Turn left onto Route 30 go 5.8 miles, after the stop light at Route 772 (not at the light- that is Newport Road) take the first right on to Newport Avenue. The church is a ¼ on the right.
