ADVANCE INFORMATION FOR THE SEPTEMBER 2009 POTE MEETING

 

 

PRESBYTERY MEETING, WORSHIP SERVICE, AND MEALS:  Will be held at the church at 297 Russell Road, Westfield, Massachusetts.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

 

A block of rooms has been reserved for the Presbytery at two hotels.  The Holiday Inn Express is in town and is only minutes from the church.  Reservations are required not later than July 13, 2009.  An initial 20 rooms have been reserved; once these are book, the Hotel will release more rooms.

CHURCH WEB SITE:  Christ the King will have a link available on its web site for things to do in the area.  They will also provide a way via the web site to make Friday evening and Saturday lunch reservations.

 

CAUTIONS:  New England in the fall has lots of “leaf peepers”, and the BIG E, New England’s fair, closes the weekend of Presbytery; therefore there are a lot of tourists reserving hotels and lots of traffic.
